PCTC – THULIR AND DONBOSCO-VAZHIKATTI
CAREER GUIDANCE PROGRAM
FOR HIGHER SECONDARY STUDENTS IN THURINCHAPURAM BLOCK.
On 27.04.2007 a career guidance program was organized at PCTC campus. Fr.Leo SDB, Fr. Andrew SDB, and Mr. Micheal were the resource persons from Don Bosco –Vazhikatti. During the half a day program the inputs on the following things were given. Choosing a career –use of aptitude test in choosing a career, the different career options for different streams of studies and how to groom one-self for a particular career in which they are interested. The participants were very appreciative of the inputs. Don Bosco Vazhilkatti offered to support further for individual counseling if needed for choosing a career and for job placement.
