The 5th “ Thulir “ Children’s center is inaugurated at Porgunam village on 9.7.2010. 34 children are enrolled in that center. 17 self help groups are existing in that village. The federation of self help groups and the local elected Village President took active role in providing support to initiate the center. A place to conduct the classes and the electricity is provided by the villagers.
